Team¶
The Dream Team behind Absolutely Plausible. Family core, formalized May 2026. Bebeco was already informally documented in AP's working orbit going back years; Samuel is the next generation coming in. AP is, and always has been, a "we" project.

Members¶
Luiz Wagner Mestrinho — Founder & Main Operations¶
The face and hands of AP. Decision-maker and executor. Based in Orlando, FL. Trilingual (EN/PT/ES). Founded AP in July 2014; became the sole AP after the 2019 disband from co-founder Dustin Chiara.
See Identity for the full profile.
Luiz Americo Mestrinho — "Bebeco" — Operations Oversight & Strategic Advisor¶
Luiz's father. Based in Brazil. Primary language: Portuguese.
Background: - Systems Analyst by training - Has been coding and programming since before Luiz was born - Built his own PC from aftermarket parts sourced in Paraguay - Was already informally part of AP's working orbit — appeared in the old PCJ team docs as "Bebeco | Dad" alongside Luiz at trackside events
Role in AP: - Oversees all operations - Not every decision needs his approval, but his advice always informs decisions - Strategic counsel + senior engineering perspective - Bridge to Brazilian market when needed
Samuel Mestrinho — Future Contributor¶
Luiz's younger brother. Lives in Cuiabá, MT, Brazil with their father.
Status: - First internship currently - Computer Science studies (graduation date pending verification) - Age ~19–21 (pending verification) - Busy, but coming in as capacity opens up
Role in AP: - Backup + future contributor - Currently held as a placeholder seat; will activate when his career capacity allows
Hierarchy in plain language¶
- Bebeco advises — his perspective shapes the bigger decisions, but he doesn't gate day-to-day work
- Luiz decides + executes — founder authority, runs operations, signs contracts
- Samuel ramps in — placeholder role now, real contributor later
Bilingual operations are natural: Portuguese with family, English with US clients.
What this changes¶
| Before May 14, 2026 | After |
|---|---|
| AP framed as "Luiz solo with collaborators" | AP framed as family team with Luiz as founder |
| "I" in most copy | "We" wherever possible — even more literal now |
| Sole prop, no future entity plan | Sole prop today, with a clear future LLC trigger when Samuel comes in full-time |
| Internal access: Luiz only | Internal access expanding to Bebeco + Samuel (pending Cloudflare Access setup) |
Legal note¶
AP remains a sole proprietorship under Luiz personally. Bebeco and Samuel are advisors/contributors, not legal partners — yet.
Trigger for entity change: when Samuel becomes a full-time contributor or when family contributions cross a threshold of revenue-producing labor, revisit:
- LLC with multi-member structure (Luiz primary, family as members)
- Family-owned S-Corp election once revenue justifies tax treatment
- Cross-border considerations: Bebeco + Samuel are in Brazil. Need to address how non-US-resident family participation in a US entity works (tax treaty, US tax reporting, Brazilian tax reporting). Will require a CPA conversation when relevant.
See AP Legal Structure — and the canonical legal memory.
Open questions / placeholders¶
- Bebeco's email address — needed for Cloudflare Access on the upcoming family workspace
- Samuel's email address — same
- Verify Samuel's age + graduation date
- Decide subdomain for the family workspace (e.g.,
team.robotfantome.com) - Decide repo name for the family workspace
- Workspace primary language: EN, PT-BR, or bilingual?
Aspirational goal¶
"Once we are successful, I will be the first generation Entrepreneur, Billionaire in the Family." — Luiz, 2026-05-14
That's the destination. The Dream Team gets us there.
