Execution Timeline — Absolutely Plausible

Internal Document

Re-baselined: 2026-05-13 · Horizon: May–October 2026 (6 months) · Review cycle: Weekly (Sunday) + Monthly (first Sunday)

The original March 2026 plan is retired. PCJ ended; Evolution Kart began; the strategy pivoted to Operations Partner as the primary model. This is the fresh six-month plan.

Planning principles

  1. Max 3 focus tasks per week. Bridge income (Lyft + Instawork shifts) fills the rest of the hours. Don't pretend you have 40.
  2. Stream 1 (Operations Partner / Evolution Kart) gets the first hour every working day. Always.
  3. Travel weeks / heavy Lyft weeks = maintenance mode. Outreach, follow-ups, content batching. Don't try to build.
  4. Mondays Aug–May = choir. Hard block.
  5. HBI Electrician trade school: July 13 – ~September 14, 2026. Hard block during program weeks. Schedule details pending — plan to compress Lyft + Evolution Kart hours during this window.
  6. Track hours. Know where the 10–15 weekly business hours go.

The shape of the plan: Stream 1 runs the whole horizon, but July–September is the tight squeeze — HBI trade school and the choir season both land on top of the engagement. Plan that stretch conservatively.

Month 1: May 2026 — Close the Deal

Theme: "Land Evolution Kart. Ship one real thing."

Hard reality: PCJ ended, no monthly business income yet, Lyft covering bills. This month exists to convert the Evolution Kart conversation into a signed entry engagement.

Active workstreams

  • [OPS] Evolution Kart: get answers from Emerson on urgency, school status, POS, Shopify plan, brand presentation
  • [OPS] Evolution Kart: finalize and send the proposal PDF (rewritten from the older draft, with corrected Shopify monthly cost math)
  • [OPS] Evolution Kart: get a yes/no on $750 / two-week entry
  • [INTERNAL] ops.absolutelyplausible.com cleanup (this rewrite). Add Cloudflare Access in front.
  • [INTERNAL] Repo audit closeout — hackFatura and business-plan are private; confirm no other public exposure
  • [CONTENT] Commission Beer Chamber pallet project — finish week of May 13, capture full photo set
  • [INFRA] Robot Fantôme distributor — check status, decide renew vs. self-host

Month 1 success = signed entry engagement with Evolution Kart + Cloudflare Access live + Commission Beer Chamber wrapped with content captured.

Month 2: June 2026 — Deliver Week 1–2 + Decide What's Next

Theme: "Earn the relationship. Define the long game."

Assuming the $750 entry is signed:

  • [OPS] Deliver the two-week entry: concrete deliverables agreed with Emerson (platform decision documented, Shopify configuration started, inventory intake plan written, working agreement for what comes next)
  • [OPS] Propose the post-entry shape — hourly continuation, phased milestones, or monthly retainer. Use what you learned in the first two weeks to recommend the right structure.
  • [CONTENT] First "building in public" LinkedIn post about the Evolution Kart engagement (with Emerson's permission)
  • [CONTENT] Commission Beer Chamber pallet project post — photos + short video. Carry the "real-world maker work" angle.
  • [REVIEW] Month 2 retrospective — does the operations partner model actually feel right? What's harder than expected?

Month 2 success = entry delivered, continuation agreed, first public content out.

Month 3: July 2026 — HBI Begins · Compress Everything Else

Theme: "Trade school starts July 13. Don't drop the ball on what already exists."

Hard constraint: HBI Electrician program begins July 13. Schedule format (full-time / part-time / evenings) TBD — adjust this month's plan when details arrive.

  • [HBI] Confirm program schedule, location, materials needed (advisor will send details in coming weeks)
  • [HBI] Lock down July 13+ weekly schedule: HBI block, Lyft hours, Evolution Kart hours, life
  • [OPS] Evolution Kart: deliver against the continuation structure agreed in June — maintain, don't expand, during HBI
  • [CONTENT] LinkedIn 1x/week minimum, batched on Sundays (no daily content during HBI)
  • [REVIEW] Hourly rate reality check at end of June — is Evolution Kart giving back enough $/hour to justify reducing Lyft?

Decision gate end of July: - HBI manageable alongside Evolution Kart? → Continue both. If not → pause/reduce one (Evolution Kart pause is acceptable for 5 weeks; HBI cannot be paused). - Evolution Kart producing enough to reduce Lyft? → If yes, plan the wind-down.

Months 4–6: August–October 2026 — HBI in Progress · Choir Returns · Compound or Pivot

Two big constraints overlapping in these months:

  • HBI Electrician program — runs through ~September 14. Major time block.
  • Choir resumes Mondays mid-August through May 2027. Hard block.

Therefore August–mid-September is the tightest stretch of the year: HBI + choir + Evolution Kart + Lyft + life. No new commitments during this window.

If the operations partner model is working (going into October):

  • HBI ends ~Sept 14 → suddenly 20+ hours/week free up
  • Use that time to either: deepen Evolution Kart engagement, scope client #2, or push content
  • Robot Fantôme content cadence picks up
  • AP Ops unified surface review replaces the old hackFatura direction decision
  • Lyft hours dropping

If the operations partner model stalls:

  • Honest post-mortem on why
  • Electrician license becomes an immediate income lever
  • Reconsider: AI consulting one-offs? AP Ops productization? Trade work directly?
  • Don't sink-cost-fallacy into something that isn't paying

Weekly Rhythm

Day Focus Notes
Sunday Plan + review Update Roadmap. Batch LinkedIn posts.
Monday Ops work + Choir Stream 1 work in the morning. Choir evenings Aug–May — hard block.
Tuesday Ops work Stream 1 deliverables
Wednesday Outreach + follow-ups Emerson check-ins, future-client conversations, email
Thursday Content + creative Posts, photos, music, Commission Beer Chamber
Friday Ops work + admin Stream 1 + invoicing + bookkeeping
Saturday Open — Lyft heavy Or events / content capture

Lyft hours fit in the gaps — mostly evenings (when not at choir) and weekends. Business hours come first when both are possible.

What to Track Weekly

Every Sunday, 15 minutes:

Metric This week Cumulative
Business hours worked ___/15 ___
Bridge hours worked (Lyft + Instawork) ___ ___
Evolution Kart revenue $____ $____
Other AP revenue $____ $____
Content shipped (count) ___ ___
Hours-to-revenue ratio $___ / hr

Decision Gates Summary

When Question If YES If NO
End of May Evolution Kart $750 entry signed? Move to Month 2 plan as written Diagnose what blocked it; consider Plan B clients
End of June Two-week entry delivered cleanly? Propose continuation structure Re-scope; have a frank conversation with Emerson
End of July Evolution Kart > Lyft on $/hour? Plan Lyft reduction; line up Client #2 Keep both; revisit in August
End of August Choir + ops + content all sustainable together? Maintain rhythm through fall Cut content or reduce ops scope
End of October Operations partner model paying ≥ survival minimum? This is the business now Strategy revision — bring in alternatives

Revenue from one real engagement beats five "interested" prospects. Focus.
